First of all, the entire Bike Mart crew was friendly, honest, and very helpful. A special thanks to Joel and the store manager, Hector. I also want to thank the young gentleman who helped me find my dream bike—I really appreciate it.

I completed my ID Match fitting as well, and it felt amazing afterward no more numbness or pain.

This store is the best. They're an amazing team and Jonathan spent a bunch of time with me fitting my bike and making sure I knew how to use clipless pedals. He's just awesome.

I made an appointment for a bike fit and met Richard M. on March 11, 2026. Richard was very competent and got my new bike set and now I'm ready to roll. I felt extremely comfortable with him making the adjustments on my bicycle. Can't wait to get out there an ride it.
